Steve Palmé is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and moved to North Carolina in 2005. He attended Tulane University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in 1993. After graduating from Tulane, Steve moved to New York City where he worked as a writer and editor for publishing companies, including Prentice Hall.
Steve returned to school in 2002 and attended Tulane Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 2005 with a J.D. While at Tulane Law, he worked in the domestic violence clinic and for the American Civil Liberties Union. After coming to North Carolina and becoming bar certified in 2005, Steve worked for the law firm of Tharrington Smith, L.L.P., where he focused exclusively on family law. Steve left Tharrington Smith in 2007 and joined the Ward Law Firm, P.A., to begin building his own family law practice. He continues to focus on family law issues.
